HIMLITE's manufacturing operations are located in the heart of Bangalore amidst the hub of machine tool units. We operate out of a 10000 sq.ft. unit,made of modern machinery & hi-tech assembly lines.
Almost all operations required to manufacture our products are undertaken in-house, with least amount of outsourcing, to ensure highest quality end products. Our machine shop is well equipped with a line of power presses, grinding machines, deep draw power presses, and drilling & tapping machines of various capacities. Our new line of presses includes modern power presses, arc welding machines and eyeletting & rivetting machines that run on pneumatic lines. Components are randomly and regularly checked to ensure worthiness using latest digital devices. A team of tool makers ensure that press tools & moulds are well maintained and new ones are developed in time.
Our assembly line runs on compressed air line, supported by various automated gadgets & innovative fixtures to ensure quality, consistency and speed. In-line testing facilities ensures that every product that moves out of the factory matches the relevant standards.
